Hele fijne locatie, uitstekend bed. Keuken, toilet en badkamer waren in het souterrain, eigenlijk geen daglicht. Maar omdat we nauwelijks gebruik hebben gemaakt van de keuken was dat geen probleem.

Die Lage ist großartig, am Ostkreuz, S-Bahnen um Minutentakt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (schriftlich) sehr nett.
Die Treppe ist in der Tat etwas schwierig, insbesondere dadurch, dass sich Küche und Bad mit Toilette in einem Keller befinden, für jeglichen Gebrauch von Wasser muss man in den Keller. Wir sind beide deutlich über 60 Jahre alt und fit, dennoch etwas beschwerlich.

Ondanks dat de locatie midden in de stad ligt, is het binnen in de accommodatie erg rustig. De locatie is dan ook super. De accommodatie is schoon en zeer ruim. Er waren meer dan voldoende zaken aanwezig: keukenspullen, handdoeken, bedlakens en hygiëneartikelen.
De trap naar de keuken is zeer stijl.

Staðsetningin frábær. Rúmið og sængin voru góð en lampinn við rúmið hefði mátt vera hærri, svo hægt væri að nota hann við lestur. Allt hreint og fínt.
Frekar kalt í íbúðinni og ekki hægt að hita meira að því er virtist. Sófinn í stofunni var svo harður og óþægilegur að ég gafst upp við að reyna að horfa á sjónvarpið.
