My daugther and I travelled to CH for a stay of 5 days. The apartment is very well located close to the lake and includes convenient parking. The kitchen is well equipped, and the utilities worked well. The apartment was clean, and the terrace with seating is a nice addition. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming.
The apartment is smaller than it appeared in the photos. The dining table is very small. The beds are only 80 cm wide, so not really comfortable for adults. The bathroom and bedrooms are separated from the rest by sliding doors, which offers limited privacy. The bathroom is compact. Only a limited amount of natural light enters the apartment, as it is located in the basement of the house, . Considering these aspects, the apartment felt slightly overpriced for the comfort it offered.

The location was excellent, walking distance to the train station and to many amenities. The lake is also very close by. The house was clean, cozy and well equipped, and there was a separate bedroom for the kids. Also, the host sent very clear and helpful instructions, she was kind and communicative. We really enjoyed our stay!
