Die Lage im Ortskern von Gerolstein war perfekt für uns. Sowohl für Wandertouren rund um den Ort als auch in der Umgebung. Wir haben die Wohnung als sehr ruhig erlebt und fanden das sehr angenehm. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Umgebung haben wir problemlos an jedem Tag gefunden. Unsere Urlaubszeit war in der Vorsaison Ende März. Wie es in der Hochsaison wäre, können wir nicht beurteilen. Der Kontakt zum Ansprechpartner der Vermietung war gut, wir haben ziemlich schnell Antworten erhalten.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung bietet einen einfachen Komfort. Den Preis von €125,- pro Nacht in der Nebensaison finde ich etwas hoch im Vergleich zu anderen FeWo in vergleichbaren touristischen Gebieten. Eine unserer Fragen an die Vermietung ist leider unbeantwortet geblieben. Nämlich, weshalb in der Wohnung Kabel aus den Wänden schauen. Darauf waren wir nicht vorbereitet. Dass es dazu vorab keinen Hinweis und gute Begründung gab, finden wir nicht professionell.
