De locatie was gunstig ten opzichte van bus en trein.
Zowel beneden bij de deur als op de verdieping waar het appartement was lagen veel privé spullen en wasgoed van andere bewoners. Wij hadden dit geboekt omdat wij 2 kamers wilden, er was echter geen onderlaken voor het grote bed. We hebben zelf geïmproviseerd omdat we de eigenaar er op dat moment niet mee lastig wilden vallen. Het is handig als er voldoende beddengoed is voor beide soorten bedden. De kook/afwasruimte is wat aan de kleine kant.
