Very clean and tidy, the room looked newly renovated. Very convenient. The host was ready to assist very quickly. Very nice bathroom fully functional and clean.
The only thing is that despite the fact that it is super close to Termini, the street is not that pleasant and in late evening it may seem a little bit dangerous to walk around.

Great location close to Rome Termini in a secure apartment building. Modern room with an ensuite, plus balcony to an internal courtyard. A/C unit was a big plus for dealing with the Rome heat!
Shower wasn’t powerful and temperature could be a bit temperamental.

it was comfortable, very clean and very close to Termini station so moving around was very easy and the check in was great
the contact number just reads the text you send but doesn’t really responds or help

Location was okay, out of the city, Ubers and taxis to tourist attractions reasonably priced.
Waited until we arrived at the apartment to inform us of the boiler being broken and no hot water, tried to cancel our stay. However it was very warm and luckily and we preferred the cold showers.
