Je souhaite avant tout mettre en avant la réalité de ce logement car de nombreux commentaire positif ne donne aucune indication là où les négatifs sont fournit et très souvent totalement faux.
- La chambre est composé d'un lit King Size, d'une penderie/armoire et d'une salle d'eau comportant un toilette et une douche.
- Le logement est dans un quartier sûr qui est largement éclairé par les lampadaire et à aucun moment on ne s'y sent en insécurité.
- Le logement est bien insonorisé sauf la porte qui laisse passer les bruits "sourd" qui sont malheureusement présent à cause des portes que l'on claque pour les verrouiller. Toutefois, l'hôte a indiqué pas de bruit au delà de 22h, donc si les clients respectent bien les règles, vous dormirez très bien.
- La douche a une chaude qui arrive assez vite (c'est un chauffe-eau instantané, il est donc normal que cela prennent quelques secondes à chauffer).
Je n'ai que deux points négatifs (signalé à l'hôte) :
- Le matelas est vraiment dur, je pense qu'un surmatelas permettrait de contenter tous le monde.
- Il manque un petit tapis de sortie de douche.
- Certains clients sont irrespectueux (malheureusement ça on peut rien y faire...)

The property is in a great location, right next to Termini Station. All within walking distance to main attractions. Also very accessible to public transport such as metro, trams and buses.
The water pressure was slightly low and the shower tray would overflow due to the drain.

Posizione ottima, vicinissinonalla stazione Termini.
Rapido modo di accesso, tutto elettronico.
Freddo. Non basta un condizionatore d'inverno a riscaldare.
Rumoroso: si sentono le attività nelle camere accanto, doccia, boiler, discorsi etc.
Le stanze non sono minimamente insonorizzate.
