Easy check in on arrival, was hesitant about the reviews on the hot tub but had a new one put in on arrival, everything was clean and had everything we needed, a nice area to stay in with shops not far away

Hot tub seemed to not be working properly- worked first day but not the second

Lovely big garden, nice big house.

The spa bath took around 5 hours to fill it sufficiently it so only got to use it once after starting to run it early way before using it. I queried this and was told to turn it on, go back 2 hours later and enjoy, 2 hours wasn’t enough. And I guess not many waited for it to fill as when it was full, we turned on the pumps and it filled the bath with lots of little black bits. When we first got there the hot tub was overflowing. So turned off water and thoroughly enjoyed it, however the next day it had a very odd smell so noone would use it, I dont know if the original constant flow of water kept it fresh, but seemed a waste of water constantly.

Comfortable bed, clean, good location for doing things. Nice garden

Everything was a bit tired - bath didn't work, some bits different from pictures etc. hot tub overflowed on automatic system and then wouldn't keep clean so could only use once. This was really unfair as was the main reason I picked this property and then being told I had to pay for cleaning was outrageous though the team that came were helpful. Not enough kitchen equipment for 4 yet alone if full number had been there. I get that flawless decoration isn't maintainable but this felt like it had been let go and that was a bit sad.
