Lokal położony w stosunkowo korzystnej turystycznie lokalizacji, około 15-30 minut pieszo do wielu atrakcji Wilna, nadto blisko sklepów z artykułami dnia codziennego. Pokoje przestronne, nawet w upalne dni dawały pewnien komfort termiczny. Internet wydajny, z tv nie korzystaliśmy.
Brak dobrego miejsca do tymczasowego zaparkowania samochodu w celu pobrania kluczy i odblokowania wjazdu do dedykowanego parkingu (do którego wiedzie stromy podjazd). Lokal rozrywkowy (pub/bar?), na parterze budynku z częścią zewnętrzną za budynkiem, z którego głosy (np. śmiech) gości są słyszalne w mieszkaniu (także w tzw. porze nocnej). Płyn do naczyń, ręczniki papierowe do kuchni, kapsułki do ekspresu musieliśmy kupić we własnym zakresie. Brak wieszaków w łazience, na których można byłoby zawiesić wilgotne ręczniki.

The apartment is easy to access, with free parking right next to the apartments, and it’s convenient to reach the city center. The kitchen is equipped with all dishes and utensils (although there are no kitchen towels).
The apartment is very cold, with drafts coming through the windows and the exterior door. The bathroom is not heated at all, so it is especially cold. The apartment is completely unsuitable for accommodating guests during the winter season. There is no bed; sleeping is on a sofa, and there is no additional mattress. The bathroom door handle is broken, so it’s hard to say that the apartment can be called a “brand new luxury apartment.”
