Ambiente limpo, roupas de cama limpas, ar condicionado gelando bem no quarto.
Não fica a 600m do mar somente porque é longe a saída de dentro do condomínio. Além de que, no anúncio diz que tem itens de higiene pessoal, e só encontramos 2 rolos de papel higiênico. Geladeira estragou carne porque não estava gelando o suficiente. Guarda sol quebrado, e uma cadeira de praia, sendo que o apto é alugado para 4 pessoas. Cortinas mofadas e muito claras, deveria ter blackout nos quartos.
