Turtle Bay Village - Family House

Clean and comfortable. Plenty storage space for clothes, plenty bath towels provided. Easy communication with property owner. Had everything we needed.

Property itself was lovely. Exactly as the pictures shown inside. Surrounding areas were a little outdated not as vibrant & modern as shown in the pictures. Feels like the site is a little run down and needs revamping. But the actual apartment we stayed was perfectly comfortable for our short stay x

Our host was very attentive. Despite being out of town, he sent very detailed information about the house, as well as tips for how to access the beach easily, and contacts that we might have needed during our stay, such as a taxi driver. He was always available to assist us and ensure that our stay was amazing. I really recommend this property for a relaxing few days in Northern Cyprus. It was lovely, and the apartment was equipped with everything one could need, including a very complete set of cooking utensils. The apartment was spacious, with three comfortable rooms and two bathrooms. The area was very safe, and we had a lovely time. Will definitely consider it for our next visit to the country! The apartment is really nice, and nearby there are some restaurants and supermarket. Within the condominium, there is a pool, and the beach is 8 min walk away.

This is beyond the control of the owner, however, putting it here for future travellers to consider and plan accordingly (I still recommend this property 100% despite these matters): the nearby beach was quite dirty and not very pleasant to swim in, unfortunately. Moving from the apartment to the nearby cities by taxi is quite pricey, so I suggest to rent a car instead, to make the most of everything that Northern Cyprus has to offer while staying at a nice apartment like this one.

Location and swimming pool

We had to clean the kitchen before we could use it! Fridge/freezer didn’t work properly, it’s very old and needs replacing! The air conditioning is on a 3 hour timer, not a comfortable sleep waking up to reset it! The house has a strong damp smell, took hours to air it out.
