Increíble ubicación y todo nuevo, limpio, moderno.

The city center is full of these apartment towers, 80%+ rentals now (maybe they always were), which means odds a nearby apartment is partying are more than zero. I stayed in 4 of them, this one was 3rd place. Perfectly fine, no real complaints, just dull and not really assembled by/for someone living there (poorly stocked kitchen, no bedside light, no tray in the shower, etc). They are businesses, like hotels but without services or personality. The employee on chat was pleasant and effective. Your only human of contact is the bored doormen. Be nice to them. Santiago city center is fine. Rich Chileans got freaked out by the demonstrations 7 years ago but they should spend more time in neighboring countries before they say it's dangerous. (Granted, I was there before the conservatives had a chance to worsen wealth disparities again, so that may change.)
