Ottimo avere il parcheggio interno, cosa non comune a Negrar in strutture simili, e buona vicinanza (300 metri misurati col Garmin...) all'ospedale Sacro Cruore. Appartamente fruibile comodamente per due persone con cucina e relative dotazioni. Non manca nulla a parte qualche dettaglio comunque trascurabile, Zona molto tranzuilla e fuori dal traffico anche se nella struttura si avvertono le persone negli altri appartamenti.
