East Of Thessaloniki

The apartment is fine, quite spacious, and it has pretty much everything you need. Location is great and there is a small 'sea view' from the balcony. The bed is quite comfy. Overall price per quality is good.

Bedroom window was not opening or closing. I am a heavy sleeper so it didn't affect me but for most it would be a problem especially that the window is towards V. Olgas, a very busy road. Toilet seat was moving a lot. There were some stains here and there on the couch.

Eine sehr große Wohnung und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist wirklich viel Ausstattung vorhanden und die Gegend ist aus meiner Sicht sehr gut. Man ist rasch am Meer auf der Promenade und es fahren Busse in die Stadt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind sehr günstig. Ich bin meist am Meer zu Fuß gegangen- ca 3km zum weißen Turm. Sauberkeit wurde öfter bemängelt, es war nicht schlimm.

Es gibt leider keinen Fön. WC Deckel sollte man tauschen.

Nagyon jó helyen, teljesen jó a környék, parthoz és boltokhoz közel. Cuki kávézókkal körbe véve. 2 kis erkély is van, gyönyörű a kilátás. 4 napos pihenéshez szálltunk meg itt 2 barátommal, tökéletes volt erre a célra.

A tisztaság néhol tényleg hagyott kivetni valót maga után a nappaliban és az edényeken, de igazából egyáltalán nem vészes. Wc ülőke eléggé mozog, azt érdemes lenne megcsinálni. Több takaró is lehetne még.

The apartment was spacious and clean. The available appliances were all working and in good condition. The location is very close to the boulevard of Thessaloniki, a few steps away from the sea front. Using the Metro to reach the city center is quite convinient.

I am a local living abroad and visiting the city quite often. Hence, I have experience with apartments like this. In this case, I was very disappointed and frustrated by two things during my 4-day stay: 1) The complete absense of communication from the host, aside from the automated check-in and check-out messages. 2) The "coldness" of the apartment -We were surprised to see that there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. -We wanted to use the washing machine once, but no detergent and no place to hang the clothes to dry. -Very basic furniture that felt quite cheap in quality. -No carpet, no decoration, no hangings on the wall. -No vacuum cleaner. -No extra towels, aside from one body and face towel per person. Naturally, I tried to contact the host and ask whether there is a solution, but no reply came back during my stay. Thankfully for us, we managed these problems, but i don't want to imagine having a more serious issue with a non-responsive host. All in all, the 8,9 rating of the apartment (on 31.08.2026) was not representative of our experience.
