Appartement très bien situé, près de la Valette. Il est possible de se garer dans la rue derrière mais le bus passe a proximité
Pas de double vitrage, nous ne sommes pas habituées au bruit des voitures.

Plusieurs adaptateurs électriques fournis, taille immense du logement, mobilier et équipements récents, nombreuses lignes de bus à proximité (nombreuses lignes directes avec La valette, vous y êtes en 5 min), voisinage calme, cadre agréable (vue sur le port), ascenseur très pratique. Attention : cuisine vide (prévoir sel/poivre/sucre/thé/café soluble si besoin).
Proximité avec un restaurant qui organise des soirées thématiques en semaine (mais bruit de la musique s'arrête à minuit), bruit de la route mais pas gênant, pas de supermarché ou boulangerie dans la rue (pensez à faire vos courses à La Valette : spar 24/24 dans la rue principale)
