The Island Veranda

Nice property, good location, was nice with the air con and the fans if needed to cool down and easy to open windows and doors to create a breezy space. One of the beds seemed to be more comfortable than the other. Easy check in with the lockbox and was well informed before arriving and offered help if needed which was lovely. Also a close walk to the shops which was nice.

Literal mold on a cup we went to use. Multiple other plates and cups had dried on food which made us question how clean the whole place actually was so was a bit put off.

Prachtige accommodatie met luxe uitstraling en een mooi en ruime veranda met daar omheen een prachtige tuin. Heerlijk rustig. Onaroa met winkeltjes en restaurants is op loopafstand

Geen minpunten, alleen het bankstel zak wel erg laag door.

Great communication from hosts. Nice clean property. Lots of condiments etc.

Only issue really was the shower could do with a better showerhead. Not good water flow from the current one

If you're looking for a place that is quiet, clean, comfortable, has all the amenities for home cooking and living, great bird life, plenty of space and places to relax both inside and outside, not too far from town, then I can highly recommend The Island Veranda as your next place to stay on Waikehe Island. We would certainly come back again. Also a big thanks to the team at Our Island Property Management for great service and communication.
