Adorei a localização com a proximidade do mar, restauração e supermercado para o que fosse necessário. As condições do apartamento muito amplo, com uma decoração simples e cuidada. Um terraço maravilhoso para tomar as refeições ou simplesmente tomar uma bebida tirando partido das vistas.

Das Appartment befindet sich im Gebäudekomplex Faro III (Baujahr 2000) in sehr attraktiver Lage, Geschäfte, Gaststätten, Strand – alles in nächster Umgebung. Die Möblierung und Dekoration ist praktisch und ansprechend, kein Luxus, aber es fehlt an nichts. Ein Highlight ist der Panoramablick über den Sporthafen und die dahinterliegende Landschaft, wobei die Terrasse durchaus eine kleine Auffrischung vertragen könnte.
Der dem Appartment zugeordnete Parkplatz ist breit und optimal gelegen.
Die Sonnenrollos der Terrasse lassen sich nicht mehr fixieren, teilweise auch nicht komplett ausfahren.
Das Piscina des Faro III ist recht klein. Den Mietpreis fand ich für September recht hoch.
