The host, Richard was friendly, responsive, and maintained excellent communication before and throughout my stay. The apartment matched the listing description and photos, the location was great, and check-in was straightforward. I would definitely consider booking with Richard again, but I would be more deliberate about confirming expectations in advance and ensuring key details have been checked off prior to arrival.

Unfortunately, the property was not clean on my arrival despite prior notice of my booking being communicated to the team managing the property locally. Basic essentials such as a dishwashing sponge and dish soap were also unavailable. These were provided the following day, as was the cleaning of the apartment itself. Internet access remained unavailable throughout my stay. While Richard made genuine efforts to address these issues remotely, it had a noticeable impact on my overall experience. From my observations, these challenges appeared to stem primarily from gaps in coordination and quality control by the team managing the property on the host's behalf. I would encourage closer oversight by the host and independent verification of property readiness, as this would help ensure guests receive the standard of accommodation and service expected.
