What isn't there to love about this beautiful place? It's been tastefully and thoughtfully renovated by it owners, Janniche and Ole. Janniche, a truly lovely person who is on hand for everything from laundry dryer guidance to waffle tutorials, can tell you the fascinating history of the place. With a large shared kitchen and plentiful shared bathroom space, everything has been carefully considered and structured to support guests, down to comforting touches like nice shampoo, conditioner, and soaps. Janniche keeps a VERY well-stocked kitchen (such a joy for anyone who loves to cook more complex things while traveling), and other guests are generous about bequeathing their unneeded extra groceries when they check out. The whole set up provides the potential for making connections and learning something new from other people you might not normally meet. Having said that, there's never any pressure to interact if that's not your thing. To top it off, the villa is surrounded by the fantastic scenery of the area and you can see the Nigardsbreen from sitting points in and out of the villa. We're SO glad we chose to stay here and hope we might one day return to this peaceful slice of heaven. Thank you, Janniche!

Nothing -- everything was great!

La ubicació perfecta per anat a la glacera, les vistes eren precioses! La casa en sí, un somni. Decorada amb amor i caliu, et fa sentir com a casa. Moltes gràcies a la hospitalitat de la propietària, que va estar pendent de nosaltres en tot moment i que també va tenir una mirada molt dolça cap a la nostra filla. Molt recomanable!!!

Aardige en relaxte hostess. Fraaie kamers; leuk ingericht. Heerlijk grote relaxruimte (grote tv: dus leuk om film te kijken). Schoenen-uit-beleid, dus lekker schoon binnen. Superhandig: elke kamer heeft z’n eigen plekje in de koelkast en voorraadkast. Goed inruimsysteem met de twee vaatwassers. Volledig ingerichte keuken. Zicht op een gletsjer!

Badkamers zien er goed uit hoor! Wel een tip: binnenkort wat meer wandtegeltjes meenemen in de schoonmaak ter voorkoming van schimmel, dat zou anders zonde zijn van de mooie badkamers. [Niemand die het ziet waarschijnlijk, maar heb er een geoefend oog voor ;-)]
