Clean comfortable and has everything you may need including microwave, iron with ironing board, washer, clothes hangers/ drying rack etc. À fan and an air humidifier. No À/C however só unsure how it would be in summer time we stayed in April. Hot water does run out after à person showers só it takes awhile for a family to all get washed.. Internet is not the greatest but works ok.
The PARKING Situation is terrible (everywhere on the island but for this apartment it’s horrendous). Besides the fact you have to drive up à steep hill, the road leading to the apartment is tiny so do not rent a big car. If you do not drive stick/manual, do not drive up to the apartment at all! If you can’t find a parking space next to the apartment you’ll have to walk up that steep hill with stairs and it’s not for the weak…. No soundproofing in the apartment obviously so you hear the neighbors and the cars leaving in the early morning.

The property was very nice kept, clean and had all the amenities you could need for your stay. The host left some snacks for breakfast and provided soaps for the shower. The pull out couch is actually very comfortable and easy to open. Checking in and out was very easy with a key box and we were able to do so independently. The host was friendly and provided some advice for parking options or how to get there with a bus.
Only thing to keep in mind is that the apartment is located at the top of a very steep slope and you have to climb a few flights of stairs to get there. We were only able to park on the main street and climb by foot because the parking uphill was always full so it may be hard for older guests or someone with mobility issues. Overall I think it is well worth it for the price and the quality of the property!
