Queen Bed Hotel Suite 130

The price point was great but for the issues to be resolved, I would have paid a lil more.

Staff, man with a gun on belt and woman were overwhelmed by a staff member that did not show, overbooked my room, gave me a room with no working door lock, puddle of water coming from under wall, smelled bad, bed frame made loud noises, had to remind them to get another room the next day, room had bugs on floor, no internet/tv for 8 of the days I stayed, tried to get a printed receipt upon leaving, the "man" who's number was left as contact, was lying down in his car, talking on his phone, right outside the office, saw him look at his phone when I called and kept talking, he even looked at me but did not answer, I got no receipt. The things that were bad, could have been fixed by, general cleaning and lil maintenance by somebody who just cares...price point was great but for. the internet out was bad. Talking to staff was bad
