Ubicación muy centrica. Zona muy animada. Teatros cerca. Buena comunicacion con la playa (Bus nº 2) parada cercana al apartamento. Oferta restauracion amplia.(Passage de las Germanies cercano) Parking economico por dia muy cerca. Apartamento amplio, cocina nueva. Utensilios de cocina en muy buen estado.. Aire acondicionado en cada habitacion. Limpieza. Camas comodas. Dormitorios tranquilos. Baños amplios y bien equipados..........* Aunque el edificio es antiguo, se ha adecuado para una estancia comoda y con buenas prestaciones.
La bañera de un de los baños tiene el suelo desgastado. Habría que adecuarla al resto del mobiliario. Ojo! Segundo piso sin ascensor. Aunque esto no es algo negativo, se debe tener en cuenta si no se está en forma.

La ubicación es extraordinaria. Además, el piso está remodelado con buen gusto manteniendo el "flair valenciano". Muy cerca se encuentran locales de comidas típicas deliciosas con variados de precios. Cerca del casco antiguo de Gandía se puede tomar el bus e ir a su hermosa playa. Además, relativamente cerca hay también lugares que de todas maneras vale la pena visitar. Ejemplos de esto último son Altea o Dénia.
