The location is great with the road back away from the beach being quiet and not hosting any businesses other than the coco hotel . Managed to ask the manager of the coco if we could use their pool opposite his hotel and he agreed during this off peak out of season stay . The villa has four large bedrooms with en suites , decent sized doubles and were great . The only thing to note is there is only the one TV in the lounge with none in the bedrooms . The pool at the villa is warm , clean and a good sized for a plunge pool or kids. It has a charm to it .
Paving around the pool and car port extremely slippery with wet feet . So take care .

Location and the actual villa was fab, it was beautifully clean and had all the mod cons.
Could have done with more outdoor seating by the pool - two deckchairs for ten people isn’t enough. More towels would have been useful too as we were using the pool then having to use the same wet towels in the bathroom.

Ideal for bars, shops and restuarants. Very comfortable place
Not keen on Jomtien. Lots of building etc around the villa
