Honestly, it was a decent stay overall. The main challenge was the language barrier with the staff, but they genuinely tried their best to communicate using Google Translate apps, which we appreciated. Check-in was smooth, although we were initially assigned the wrong room. When we returned later that afternoon and informed them, they promptly arranged a room swap for us, so it wasn’t a big issue in the end. The room is located right beside the main road where buses and cars pass through the Ha Giang Loop, so do take note if you’re someone who needs complete tranquility to sleep. Additionally, it’s quite common in Vietnamese culture for people to sing karaoke late into the night, and we could hear singing from the adjacent units. Just something to be prepared for. Other than that, it was a great stay overall.

The hotel is new, however there's not enough hot water to take 1 shower. The floor is very cold. The bathroom consist of showers, sink and toilet all in one. The floor is pretty slippery, must be careful. The only good thing is that the hotel is new. The location is far from the market and central area. Will not stay again.
