Apartment Galeria with panoramic sea view

The apartment is very well equipped for a medium stay (fully equipped kitchen, washing machine) it has an amazing view over Balchik marina, and it is perfectly structured for a small group/ family needs (bedrooms/ bathrooms/ living area). We also appreciated that in about 5 min walking you can be at the waterfront and go either towards the Castel and Botanical garden (another 15-20 min walking) or on the beach (5 min). Also at 5 min distance from the apartment there is the Art Gallery, the History Museum, and Ethnographic Museum.

There are a few things to consider - not as a dislike, but as notes: the staircase to go to the 1st floor apartment might be an inconvenience for older people (we had one in our group, however she stated the view worths the effort; the existing handrail is really helpful); the parking in the inner yard requires a bit of practice if you have a bigger car; however it is very low traffic area, so no stress.
