Clean and value priced.
Location, second floor with steep stairs and no elevator. Above an old store front type property. One window air conditioning unit in living room area that did not cool down the bedroom. There is no staff, you communicate through phone messages.

It was ok for the amount
The living room had old panties on the floor in the corner by the couch. A yellow cleaning glove was on the floor in the bedroom. A pair of earrings & broken necklace was sitting in the windowsill in the bedroom & the blinds was broken with pieces in the windowsill as well.
