For the purposes of my trip the location was excellent and 4 stations from Chamartin on the metro 1 line. The property appeared to be a new holiday let and was therefore in very good condition. The bathroom and shower were quite nice.
I had no issues whatsoever. Access was easy with a remote check-in and keyless entry. I saw no staff on-hand during my time at the property, but I required no assistance so it presented no issue.

O banheiro é muito bom, um chuveiro excelente, toalhas limpas. Tem wifi e é próximo a rua principal e estaçoes de metro
Na realidade é um apartamento, sem recepção e etc, e fica em uma rua esquisita, não me senti segura, apesar de ter movimento, ele fica mais pro meio da rua. A localização em si é boa, perto dos metros e um avenida principal, mas não voltaria por conta da rua. A cama também é ok, pequena e o colchão fica se movendo.
