Very clean well equipped accommodation exactly as described, which was everything I expected and more. The helpful and engaging host was always available to answer all of my qmquestion. The location is within walking djstance to the San Antonio Tlayacapan square, as well as lots of great restaurants and regular bus service to Chapala and Ajjjjc. Highly recommended!

I spent about a week with Charlotte and her 3 furry friends. The room is spacious with quality linens, good lighting and ventilation. The room was clean and the bathroom had all the necessities. It is a quiet neighborhood. Her house is centrally located and only l.5 blocks to the carreterra where you can find stores, restaurants, buses, etc. It's about a 30 min walk to Ajijic or a 10 min bus ride (15pesos). I really enjoyed spending time in the sunroom (adjacent to the guest room) with Penelope her sweet kitty. Charlotte is a very interesting woman with lots of life experiences/talents and stories. I really enjoyed getting to know her.

Nos encantó, el lugar muy bonito, limpio y cómodo, la dueña del lugar muy atenta y hospitalaria en todo momento, sin duda regresaremos.

Very comfortable and private suite, with access to lovely shared spaces. Excellent Wifi. 250Mbit up/down. Beautiful, quiet, walkable neighborhood, just a few minutes' stroll from restaurants and shopping.
