Palmehüüsle

We went there during end of spring. The place looks like a house, but it's actually an apartment with the shape of a house. In the place there is really everything you might need, the kitchen is extremely well furnished, a really excellent point is that you can cook, but the host is providing all the minimal spices you might need, so you might not need to buy for sugar, salt or similar things. The same is for kitchen tools, there is almost everything you might need. One of the rooms contains games for kids, there are both simple puzzles and other games that you could play all together, including cards games and other things. The host is offering the possibility to buy some fresh eggs, but you could get just the minimal amount you might need for the same day, because there are only 3 or 4 chickens (even if they mentioned that more will come). The wifi connection is good, but is disabled between 23:00 and 6:00, if you might need to see something or check some emails by night, this it could be a limitation. We also used the barbecue, the host even offered the carbon, but we had our own.

It was extremely hot by night during our staying, and the window in the main bedroom could be opened only partially, from the top, but there was not enough air circulating, this made the night a bit airless.

Das Häuschen liegt am Waldrand in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist perfekt um auszuspannen. Es hat eine moderne Küche mit allem, was man braucht und auch sonst hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten Herten gewählt, weil innerhalb max. einer Autostunde mehrere interessante Vogelbeobachtungsgebiete liegen. Erst vor Ort haben wir realisiert, dass auch Herten selbst ornithologisch ziemlich interessant ist. Der Aufenthalt hat somit unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und wir können uns gut vorstellen, wiederzukommen.

Das WIFI war etwas unzuverlässig und relativ langsam

Obiekt bardzo czysty, schludny ze wszystkimi akcesoriami t.j. pralka, lodówka, zmywarka, ręczniki, parking przed domem. Po wycieczkach całodniowych wracasz do wewnątrz czujesz jakbyś wracał do domku, oaza wypoczynku. Okolicy nie poznaliśmy, przejeżdżając widzieliśmy sklep spożywczy (ok 2km), raz skorzystaliśmy i zamówiliśmy jedzenie z dowozem.

the facilities where clean and everything needed for cooking was available. The living space was enough for 2 adults and 2 kids.

for rainy days would have been a tv great, however ther was enough board games to keep us going. Overall great.
