Nice one bedroom apartment, recently renovated. Had everything I needed. I didn't do heavy cooking -- just prepared breakfast every morning and made light meals/snacks -- sandwiches, etc. -- though there is a full kitchen with stovetop and oven. Good security building. Really liked the Lastarria barrio -- walk out of the building and there were at least 10 restaurants within one block. Big grocery store, Lider, was about 1/2 km away. Subway stop was 1/3 km away. Internet worked well. Quiet building.
Couldn't figure out the laundry room -- I think in the end that to set up an account, a Chilean mobile phone number is required (the vendor web site had the Chile country code hard coded in). Anyway, I just went to a local laundry place that charged 7500 Chilean pesos to wash, dry, and fold a basket full of clothes (about 9 USD) -- at that price, not worth doing the laundry anyhow.

Lugar muy acogedor, perfectamente ubicado en zona segura.
El aire acondicionado portátil se llena muy rápido de agua y no hay una manguera de desagüe y debes drenar el agua de forma manual
