Kokonaisuus oli loistava. Yhteyshenkilömme Moti oli loistava ja avulias. Hänen kauttaan asioiden hoitaminen sujui vaivatta. Hän myös vastasi viesteihin todella nopeasti. Villa oli siisti ja sen mukainen mitä kuvista osasi olettaa. Viihtyisä asumus viihtyisällä sijainnilla.
Asiakas joutui itse maksamaan käyttämästänsä sähköstä. Tämä tuli yllätyksenä, ettei se kuulunut jo maksettuun hintaan. Mielestäni asiasta ei mainittu varausta tehdessä ollenkaan tai ainakin se on jäänyt huomaamatta. Sähkö ei myöskään ollut kovin halpaa. Laitoin asiasta Villalle sähköpostia ja he vastasivat asiallisesti että aiheesta on maininta varausvahvistuksessa. Tarkistin asian ja se piti paikkansa. Olisin toki halunnut saada asian selville jo ennen kuin varaus on tehty.
