Lokalizacja dobra, blisko supermarket. Dużym atutem parking podziemny w cenie a także dostęp do basenu. Stosunkowo blisko lotniska.
Można by było lekko poprawić poziom wysprzątania mieszkania przed przyjazdem oraz udostepnienie odkurzacza.

Heel modern, leuk en ruim appartement. Mooi ingericht, leuke en ruime kamers. Badkamers ook mooi en goede kwaliteit. Appartement had de nodige voorzieningen voor een geweldig verblijf. Echt enorm tevreden. Goede locatie om heel Madeira te bewonderen. Hosts ook heel makkelijk en snel bereikbaar
Het niet hebben van airco maakt het appartement soms wel echt warm en niet zo makkelijk om af te koelen, zeker niet zonder insecten. Een muggenraam zou ook al super zijn! Keuken had niet genoeg bestek en borden etc en kwaliteit van keukengerief was ook niet het beste
