Bohemian Art Acropoli Apartment

The place was roomy, well situated and surprisingly quiet. Luggage storage a couple a shops away with laundromat and pub in same complex. Small mini-mart/fruit shop across the road. There is a small lift which was great since the apartment was on the second floor and we had suitcases. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if the issues below were resolved. It's a shame we had the hiccups as I would like to have given a higher score as everything else was great. A fish/fried egg slice in kitchen and a little oil would be a suggestion for the future.

Wifi and washing machine were advertised as being available yet neither were working for the entire stay. These aspects were 2 of the main reasons we booked at this place. Messages were exchanged but replies were quite delayed with silly suggestions and what felt like delaying tactics. We tried different devices, restarting modem, restarting phones etc, etc and advised them we had tried everything and they came back suggesting these things that we had already tried. The wifi network could not be seen, so no real assistance with the wifi was received. TV did not go, this could be because of lack of wifi. Make sure you have data. No power to washing machine. It was suggested to us that we try another plug in the apartment, huh? Move the washing machine?

La ubicación y las instalaciones, el departamento era realmente bonito y cómodo.

No tuvimos internet, realmente esto fue un punto crucial para nosotros, ya que al ser extranjeros contamos con muy pocos datos en nuestros planes, pedí ayuda y me sugirieron hacer lo básico para poder resolver la situación (apagar y prender el módem) pero no hubo realmente una solución del problema y dejaron de contestarme. Quizá al ser mexicanos estamos acostumbrados a la extrema amabilidad. Tampoco había papel de baño ni jabón de manos suficientes, esto lo compramos pero creo que es una cosa básica para considerar para próximas visitas.

Lo negativo de esperar al entrar y los ruidos del vecino, me quitaron todo lo positivo.

Tras repetidas conversaciones antes de ir, hasta diciéndole el horario de llegada de vuelo, no me informó de como tenía que entrar, estuvimos en la puerta y me tocó llamar a booking para poder recibir instrucciones. Muy mal organizado, no ves a nadie y llamas y no te cogen el tef, se aprovechan porque se paga por adelantado... Última vez.
