Keerthis Grand Hotel near Kempegowda International Airport

Good locality, even though my stay is for very short time like morning 4:00 am to 9:00 am I would like to appreciate the staff’s follow up efforts throughout the night and attentiveness

As promised while booking in booking.com they refused to give complementary breakfast. They said it’s not included. Donno why!

Well the bed was super comfortable

The place is nowhere near the city. It's still a big building site. Most switches in the room didn't work. Where there should be wall lights, there are just bare cables hanging out the wall. The roads to the hotel are just dirt tracks. I did not feel safe in the area. One can not walk to any restaurants or bars to get food or drink. One has to either order a takeaway or a taxi. There is no milk for tea in the room. I asked four times for fresh milk for the tea. Instead, they brought me a small cup of tea, then had the nerve to charge me for it.I finally got a cup of warm milk from a surly individual.
