ok I've read a lot of bad reviews on this apartment complex but I actually liked it.
negatives first
people moaning about late check in being 5pm but it says it on every site so can't complain however I arrived at 5 and the room wasn't ready which there really isn't an excuse for. however 17.25 and we were in.

I requested 3 times for an early check in as we arrived at 11am and check in is 5pm which is late for any hotel. We got there and was told to come back at 2. When we did the same girl just said our room wasn’t ready and to wait in the lobby. She was very unhelpful. At 4:30pm a new girl came on and we asked about our room again and informed her we had been hanging around from 11am. Our room was ready in 5 minutes after her enquiry.
The location is not ideal for anyone who likes a few bars as the beach is a fair walk away but apart from shops there is not much else there. We had to travel to Salou centre which each way was €13 which turned out to be quite expensive over the 4 days we were there.
Apart from the girl on reception that assisted with our check in the rest of the staff were so miserable and unhelpful. I assume they just hate their jobs.
In the apartment even though it says toilet rolls are provided we only got one and when I asked for more I was told I had to go and buy some. If you needed fresh towels you had to pay for them.
There is no bar/snack bar at the hotel even though there was a facility for it it was never open.
Pool is fine and sunbeds available so at least that was one plus.
Overall this hotel was not for us and we won’t return
