Great location with a beautiful view across the beach and ocean
Very dated hotel, in need of an upgrade.
External Air conditioning units located in the hallways make lot of noise and add to the building’s humidity.
Food options at breakfast are limited and the daytime/evening menu boasts a large amount of deep fried food.
If you stay for longer than two days you will exhaust food options.

Staff were very friendly despite the lack of hospitality knowledge.
Shandara has a lot to improve on. The staff were all very attentative and helpful but lacked proper hospitality training. Really needs a good manager and owner. Ive been in the game for 40 years and could really offer some advice.
