    Even though the hotel didn't have a foyer which is troublesome for a rainy day, all the other points made up for it such as spacious rooms, laundry machine and machine for takeaway to be deliver

    I chose this hotel as it is close to the Karoo Ice and Snow World. It has a lot of restaurants around it. There is also a Rainbow shopping mall nearby. There are two metro trains nearby (about 1 km away) and also near a tram stop. There is a bus stop in-front of the hotel and it is convenient to hail a cab for late arrivals or early morning check out. My fave facility is the drying rack inside the room with UV disinfection. The staff are very friendly and hospitable even if they often reply using translator since I unfortunately cannot speak their language Mandarin/Putonghua or Cantonese😅. Some rooms have washing machines and there is also a laundry room on the 5th floor. Steam irons and ironing boards are also on the 5th floor. They have buffet breakfast and midnight snacks (5th floor) coffee and tea available on the 1st floor
