Oh boy, we can not recommend this place enough!! We were on the camino in may and booked our hotels day by day. I found this place and read the wonderful reviews and thought that we would try it. We were SO glad that we did and that there were rooms available at this time!! The owner, Nuno, has managed to create the most wonderful space for both pilgrims and other visitors! And Nuno himself, wow. Nuno is the best guy ever! He made the most wonderful meal for all the pilgrims in the evening (did not cost much) and himself and his fantastic, lovely daughter Joanna also joined us to eat! We shared stories and laughs all night long and I truly cannot recommend this place highly enough! Nuno (who also made us breakfast by the way) is extremely welcoming and he also gave us a small guided tour of his fantastic property. If you come here, don't forget to use the jacuzzi with the most wonderful view! Perfect for a sore pilgrim-body! Nuno and Joanna, I hope you read this! If you have problems walking uphill maybe the road going to Nunos place is a bit much for you. It is a bit steep but it is absolutely not a problem for anyone else!!

The village is beautiful. The house quite nice - large, modern. The house is a bit off the Camino, and uphill - this is obvious from the pictures, so one needs to plan if walking all day. Nice view.

The bedroom and bath were clean. The kitchen not so. Old food and fruit left about. No coffee or anything to eat (this is important to know as no cafe or restaurant near). This might be due to season, but it would have been nice to know in advance. The host was basically unavailable. No info sent about getting into property. Answered first message abruptly saying “use google” (not at all after that). House hard to find; I had to ask maintenance person to assist (construction all around). Host showed up later at night, asking about food, but too late at that point. No directions in house about using TV, or adjusting heat.
