The property was spacious with well-functioning kitchen (oven, stove, coffee machine, electric kettle, huge fridge, lots of dishes, some oil and salt, etc.) and a spacious balcony, in an old but clean and well-maintained building. The neighborhood was quite and safe, close to bus stations and several groceries. Free coffee capsules were also a plus. An Italian seafood restaurant "Fauro" near the property (the property owner recommended) was amazing!
The washing machine was working but not very clean, so I had to clean it a bit before using it. Nothing else.

La struttura si trova nel bellissimo quartiere Parioli, le dimensioni sono giuste, arricchite da un bel terrazzo. L’appartamento è molto luminoso. L’host è stato molto disponibile e ci è venuto incontro col ceck-in anticipato
Purtroppo la casa era sporca, dietro il mobile del soggiorno c’era polvere annidata da tempo. Il microonde pieno di polvere, come i pavimenti negli angoli. Mi spiace dover fare questa recensione, considerando l’impegno dell’host, ma dall’igiene non si può prescindere. Aggiungerei qualche tazza, userei lenzuola in cotone per essere davvero Luxury.
