Perfect place for a perfect time
Basically everything… we are expert traveler around the world and yearly we do family reunions in Italy. Usually we rent big properties at the Dolomites and this was the first time we did in Appennino… This place is magical! Spadeful properly fitted enriched with whatever your fantasy might think for a perfect vacation. Spacious rooms, clean, organized with proper space to store your things… Vast common spaces where you can eat and enjoy time together, indoor, outdoor… and on the multiple levels of the villa so you can still have your privacy while having good time fun party sport and still cozy and quite reading spots… Music, karaoke, drums, speakers, tvs, gym, trampoline, billiard, ping-pong, ice bath, swing …. Everything !!! Even if you get bad weather you have plenty of things to do in the house… Location is basically perfect … near the “rifugio” and the “seggiovia”… Close to the downhills biking center as well as near to the mountain bikes stations… Outdoor the sightseeing is marvelous… The food around is unique… I can write a book of plus!!! Just go and try it yourself! Ps: the owners are fantastic!!! Super proactive and supportive!!! Welcoming, happy to share their beloved dream with You!!!
Basically we loved everything and the small things we noticed we pointed out and the owners promptly fixed. For example the Internet provider was down for some tech issue not related to the property, and despite it was not their responsibility, the owners arranged for us a room at the “Refugio” 2 min walk distance, with WiFi for us to be able to continue remotely … when needed… This is so unique !!! Amazing!!!! Guys are you still thinking!!?? Book before I book it again and again!!!

Ho soggiornato in questa bellissimo villa, con un gruppo di amici per qualche giorno e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta! Le camere erano spaziose, pulite e con una vista stupenda sul bosco. La proprietà è stata sempre disponibile e gentile. L’ambiente è molto accogliente, luminoso e la posizione ottima. Non ci è mancato davvero niente e ci siamo goduti appieno il soggiorno, ma con la sensazione e la comodità di casa. Torneremo sicuramente!

Splendida casa sui monti, spaziosissima, all'insegna del comfort, dell'accoglienza e del dettaglio. C'è tutto il necessario per vivere un'esperienza di qualsiasi entità: relax, hiking, attività all'aperto, fuga romantica, gruppo di amici. Tutto è andato oltre le aspettative. Per di più, non ho mai visto una persona più attenta ai dettagli di Tania. Ha un innato senso dell'ospitalità. Torneremo sicuramente!

Assolutamente da ripetere per tutta la famiglia
Siamo stati a La Casa dei Faggi io, mio marito e i nostri figli di 3 e 5 anni. È stata un’esperienza meravigliosa. La posizione è ottima, la casa curata nei minimi dettagli con tutti i comfort e proposte. La sera dalla vetrata della sala abbiamo anche visto un cervo libero nei boschi è stata un’emozione unica. Veramente consigliato.

Un'esperienza da rifare assolutamente!
Siamo stati in questa villa in 8 amici e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La casa è grande e comoda, perfetta per stare tutti insieme ma con i propri spazi,la cucina era attrezzata di tutto, c’era anche la macchina per il ghiaccio, lavastovilie ecc! I bambini si sono divertiti con i giochi da tavolo e con il sacco da box nella sala sotto, che è bella grande e ci ha salvati: potevano giocare e fare un po’ di casino senza disturbare nessuno. Noi intanto, al piano di sopra, cenavamo e cantavamo al karaoke, giocato a carte, è stato davvero divertente. La zona è tranquilla,con un solo vicino lontano. Vicinissima anche alle piste da sci. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e ci ha lasciato una guida con ristoranti e posti da vedere. Da rifare assolutamente!!!!
il segnale del telefono prende poco, ma per noi è stato un modo per staccare davvero, e i bambini finalmente hanno giocato senza usare il cellulare

In una posizione perfetta,nella natura ma a 2 minuti a piedi dalla navetta per andare sulle piste. Host gentilissima, attenta a tutte le nostre richieste,ha prenotato per noi anche un ristorante per la cena! Casa grande,calda ,accogliente,pulitissima. Presenti confort per grandi e piccini.Soggiorno Top.
