Borgo Belsedere - biofarm estate resort in Tuscany

Borgo Belsedere is one of those places that is very easy to fall in love with. From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful, authentic and genuinely Tuscan. Our room was spacious, beautifully furnished in a style that perfectly suited the character of the villa, and very comfortable. The mattress, pillows and bed linen were excellent, the bathroom was fully equipped, and the air conditioning was quiet and efficient. You could really feel that a lot of thought had gone into making the room both beautiful and practical. The same applies to the whole property. There are many little places where you can simply sit down and enjoy the surroundings. Shaded areas, a swing, the park, and of course the terrace, which became one of our favourite spots. We had breakfast there in the mornings and came back in the evenings to watch the sun set over the Tuscan landscape. It was exactly the kind of atmosphere you hope to find when coming to this part of Italy. Breakfast was varied and absolutely sufficient, and Sonja looked after us wonderfully throughout our stay. We also loved the small touches that make the stay feel easy and relaxed. There is a fridge with soft drinks and alcoholic beverages available for guests at very reasonable prices, almost like an honesty minibar. You can also buy wines produced by the owners and enjoy them on the property. There is a guest kitchen as well, so if you feel like preparing something yourself, you can. Martin, the owner, deserves a special mention. He is a very warm, interesting and knowledgeable person, and talking to him was genuinely one of the highlights of our stay. He told us a lot about the estate, the work that goes into running it, the wine, the land and even crop rotation :) It is very clear that Belsedere is not just a business for him. Martin runs this place with real passion and heart.

Un luogo davvero incantevole, dove sembra che il tempo si sia fermato. Borgo Belsedere ci ha conquistati per la sua atmosfera autentica, elegante e profondamente romantica. Un ringraziamento speciale alla Sig.ra Sonja, di una gentilezza e disponibilità rare: ci ha accolti con grande calore, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Toto místo je oáza klidu, balzám na duši. Krásné výhledy kamkoliv se podíváte. Všichni byli moc příjemní, vždy jsme dostali doporučení na výlety i restaurace, Sonja nám chystala vynikající snídaně. Součástí snídaňové místnosti samoobslužný bar s místními víny. Místní pejsci a kočička jsou přítulní. Bazén byl vynikající, i u něj byl vybavený bar a další toaleta. Když jsme měli nějaký problém, třeba rozbitá klika, byl hned vyřešený.

V koupelně by bylo fajn doplnit více háčků na ručníky. Nic dalšího nechybělo.
