Clean water, clean nature and good location of the property
Staff behavior and charges for what so ever you want. Like as a start i heard it a 100 times that a gas bottle costed 4500 so charges are there but in a villa if you cannot use kitchen without paying anything extra is useless as a villa concept. Even i felt that all recommended places were just a commission earning points of staff so they insisted and again and again got involved to get us order food from those places only. Also staff was interested in working only if you through some extra money to them else not everything was " Nahi hoga" before money and " yeh kr du, vo kr du" after extra money
