the room was amazing, there was a screened in patio area you could sit in, a deck that overlooks the marina, and it was incredibly spacious
The room we had was right next to the highway and you could hear cars and traffic until around 1AM

No one around if you needed anything. Water pressure in sink was horrible. Noisy second night with kids in room next door.
