Cterra Saadani Luxury Tents

I like the premises themselves. They are beautiful. The service was good. Food was OK, nothing exceptional.

1. There was not enough information before-hand on what to expect travelling to Saadani. We didn't know that there was a curfew of when to drive through the park neither did we know about the fees to enter the park each time you pass through. The contact person was supposed to tell us, it would have saved us alot of time and stress. 2. On the first night at the hotel there was no hot water in the shower. 3. There was no efficient WiFi the whole time we were there even though the website promised Wifi throughout the premise. We managed to get great internet access while in the National Park during game drive. 4.The game drive tour guide and driver were not very professional. The car got stuck in the middle of the park and we had to be rescued after an hour and a half. The guide was supposed to assist in planning the timing of the schedule for the game drive and boat ride rather than ask us what time we would like to go. They have foreknowledge of how long it takes to get to the different areas so they should advise guests on what is the best time for the activities. I felt robbed of the time to enjoy boat ride because we got there quite late.

Our stay at Sadani in Sadani was amazing. Located inside a national animal park, the place is beautiful and peaceful. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and the service was excellent. The food was exceptional truly exquisite. We enjoyed it so much that we even congratulated the chef personally. We loved the experience and would absolutely come back. Highly recommended to friends and family.

All was excellent nothing bad to say
