Very nice stay, recommended !

Great location, 15min walk from Dubai Mall. Very close to Metro as well. Pool billard, table tennis, cinema and nice rooms with cozy beds

Overall for a solo traveller this is a good place to stay, with all comforts of home

Huge apartment, PlayStation, large tarasie with pingpong, pool table, free water canister, big cinema upstairs I connected to Netflix and chilled, while using the massage chair also available. Good to relax after a hard business trip. Shared bathrooms aren’t perfect and their is some issues, but overall I was satisfied, they are trying to fix the issues. The staff tried hard and even handled my drycleaning, highly recommend.

Once I had to wait for a shower available but it was ok. One sink facet was leaking but they had a repairman come and working on fixing it. The effort was there!

From the moment I arrived, I felt like I wasn’t just staying in a room, but in a home. The atmosphere of the villa is warm, comfortable, and perfect for a solo traveler who wants to feel safe and welcomed. Everything was clean, organized, and the staff were friendly and always willing to help. The location in Business Bay is also a big plus — a quiet area but close to everything you might need.

Honestly, nothing negative. Maybe just that I wish I could’ve stayed a bit longer.

Worth the Money especially for Solo Traveller

The overall facilities are nice. And the location is not too far away from downtown. So it was easy to walk after NYE celebration

I had an amazing stay in Doubai in this place. Everything was super clean, with beautiful decoration. The owner Faicail was very kind, helpful, and always ready to listen. The staff were also wonderful – especially Abou (or Abdoul), who was very friendly and always happy to help. The location is perfect, close to Bourj khalifa and Dubai mall. I truly recommend this place for a comfortable stay

A really special place that made my week in Dubai feel like home.

The villa was absolutely beautiful — clean, stylish, and really comfortable. It had a great vibe, perfect for relaxing but also meeting new people. Abu and Faisal were super welcoming and helpful! The shared spaces were cozy and well-maintained, and the team running it was super friendly and helpful. I also loved how close it was to everything in Dubai, but still felt peaceful and private.

Honestly, not much to complain about. If anything, I just wish I had booked a few more nights.

Amazing very well located place to rest and meet people

Amazing property, few minutes away from Dubai mall and burj Khalifa, I had a great time and met amazing people during my stay. I had a nice and functional private room for myself and shared space and amenities to meet other travelers and share nice moments with them. Big up for the cinema room and for the nice outdoor area.

El lugar es genial… el personal es muy amable .. Sylvain es muy atento .. nos ayudó cuando llegamos dejándonos dar una ducha y guardando nuestro equipaje … es cerca a la estación 10 minutos a pie…las instalaciones son muy cómodas y la cocina es muy completa … te ofrecen servicio de lavandería por un precio justo… nos ayudaron diciéndonos cómo llegar desde el metro hasta el hotel … es muy fácil si es tu primera vez en Dubai .. el sector es muy bueno y cerca en metro a todos los sitios de interés … repetiría este lugar si vuelvo… el baño es compartido pero no es un problema pues son limpios y muy cómodos … los que se hospedan en el hotel son muy amigables … lo recomiendo totalmente .

La ubicación es excelente el ambiente también! Es un lugar tranquilo, amoroso y respestuoso donde se puede descansar y tener privacidad pero también contar con la asistencia de todo el staff. Mi habitación era muy cómodo y agradable, la limpieza del establecimiento también estaba muy bien y la cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario. Se lo recomiendo a todos!

Décevant et manque d’hygiène ..

Les pièces communes , salon , terasse , cinéma.

La chambre double est vendu comme spacieuse mais elle est très petite , même au Japon les chambres sont plus grande .. J ai passé 3 nuits , et 3 nuits sans air- conditionné , j ai fais la remarque à un employé , mais ce n’a pas été réglé .. On paye pour une chambre aéré avec les chaleurs de 35 degrés … Autre chose la salle de bain est salle .. de la moisissure dans les coins de douche sur tous les joints de la salle de bain.. Alors aussi ce qui est bizarre c’est que les employé dorent dans la cuisine à l’étage , dans un placard avec des rideaux de fortunes , c’est quoi le concept ..???? C’est bizar de savoir qu’il y a des gens qui dorment dans l’établissement dans des conditions précaire.. Autre point : aucune place de parking …
