Logement en rez-de-chaussée

This property has an excellent location, just off the main square, meaning that although close to the action, it is comparatively quiet. The views are excellent. The historic buildings in the town are very impressive. Parking is away from the room but it is mostly free, but you have to search for it at the right time of day. The room has all the normal facilities. The bed is a comfortable double, but access is via a rather narrow and rickety set of wooded steps, which need attention? The balcony railing is fragile and a bit worrying?

The key safe did not work well for me. I could not return the key into the box because the code did not work after many attempts to open it. My apologies.

Ludovic est un hôte très sympa, le logement est petit mais comporte tout ce qu'il faut, et surtout il est super bien placé, au milieu de la vieille ville d'Aubenas à côté du château et des restaurants de la place de l'hôtel de ville.

Rien, il faut juste savoir que sur la mezzanine avec le lit (sur la photo) on ne peut être debout.

Très bon emplacement Petit mais confortable pour deux nuits Connexion wifi 🤔. mais on vit sans……. Par contre merci le ventilateur sans lui on n’aurait pas dormi

La proximité des commerces. Le propriétaire accueillant. Logement de plein pied.

La literie qui est déformée. Les odeurs dans la salle de bain. Problème wifi suites aux orages mais Ludovic doit y remédier au plus vite. .
