Luxury Villa Bermuda - South Facing Heated Pool Waterfront Property

I stayed at this house for 7 nights; the beds were extremely comfortable, and the hot water was excellent. It had all the dishes needed to prepare any meal. Coordinator Sonja was very friendly, and the location was very convenient, close to grocery stores, the beach, and shopping centers. The neighborhood was quiet and clean.

Absolutely beautifully presented house. From the plentiful supply of super-soft towels through the quality of the hand wash in the bathroom. The owners want you to stay in opulent surroundings and have selected fixtures and fittings appropriately. The kitchen is beautifully kitted out to please a top chef, couldn’t think of any missing utensil or appliance. The pool is great with a full picture window lanai. The main bedroom has a full walk-in wardrobe and the other 2 remaining rooms are all provided with full wardrobes facilities with loads of hangers. Bedding is great and every area has full air-con and a ceiling fan and light. The pool has lighting effects changing colour on a touch of a button. One of the great features , given the frequent downpours and thunder storms in Florida during the summer, is the remote controlled garage door allowing you to drive straight into the garage and access the house from an inner door protecting you from a single drop of rain. The owners even provide coolers , beach chairs, 4 bikes and fishing rods. This is our 4th Florida house rental and we’ve had bigger houses but this is by the far the best. Go ahead and book if you want to stay in Cape Coral in a residential area on the waterway, you will not regret it. Watch the fish jump or try to catch them from the private boat deck. Sip a drink on the deck chairs under a tiki style parasol. We saw rabbits and lizards most days on the waterfront garden. Tv screening with Netflix and Amazon Prime work well using the house account and the WiFi is excellent.

The location is a little remote from restaurants etc as are all these types of properties. So a car is essential . Although the property manager told us it’s a very safe area, the lack of a safe or strong box was a bit of a surprise.
