Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

The house was a great space and the location was perfect. Accommodation were what we needed and overall ok
We arrived to 1000s of lady bugs to clean up the hot tub was unusable and downstairs heater was inoperable. The last 2 days the water was brown and silt filled not consumable and showers were intermittent at best . Kitchen hardware could be more plentiful and cleaned
Microwave worked but the vent cover kept falling off
We contacted the realtor and it took 6 hrs for a response maintenance man should up to look at the issues to tell us there was nothing that could be done about any issue but the down stairs heater and he did fix that on Friday and it was reported Tuesday.
In somewhat if their defense it was a holiday but it appeared the house was not prepped for rental. They did make sufficient restitution for the inconveniences and hardships
Probably not use this property again without reassurances from the renting agent

Nice cabin. Would be nice for a check out to do list on the refrigerator. Also a few other little things for a list... directions to Town, how to use the TV, password to WiFi and maybe some local brochures. Even a small guest book to sign into. Ceiling fan in upper bedroom needs repair. Turning it on makes it shake. It was very quiet. Never could find blue trash can. Took trash with us. Found blue plastic bins that would not have been appropriate to keep animals out of. We missed our first night due to my husbands business. We will contact you about possible another night in the future. We saw the for sale sign so maybe my upper comments do not matter. Thank you again.

The good:
This property is very much off of the beaten path, so it is extremely private. The cabin was very clean. We enjoyed the view.
The not so good:
The outdoor areas were not clean. The porch seating was dirty and couldn't be used. The hot tub was uncovered and filthy, which was a disappointment, as we were expecting to use it on the chilly nights. There is no trash container on site so be prepared to carry your own garbage out.
We still had a great time, because the problems were small.
We did not cook, so I can't comment on the kitchen appointments. There is a Keurig coffeemaker with a refillable cup. (the coffeemaker is the first thing I always look for on arrival)
