I contacted the Host to let him know there was no gas in the grill he said that was my responsibility they only provide the grill not the gas. The yard needed some upkeep. Also the only way into the yard is thru the bedroom So if you want to use the grill after you drive and pay for gas then you will either walk thru the bedroom or outside around some rocks to a large gate. The beds were too soft and there was some stains on the carpet. The panel would not let us turn the air down so while upstairs was cool with the swamp cooler downstairs was warm. The alarm panel kept going off saying off line. The house was pretty far away from everything as well. The house itself is a duplex. The kitchen and living spaces were nice had games to play. With a few small changes this place could be a great get away spot

We enjoyed our stay in the Explorer Duplex. Clean and quiet with plenty of room. Nice porches on both sides to catch morning and afternoon sun or shade. We were visiting friends in Redlands, so it was well situated for our purpose. Shower toiletries were missing but we got some when we went for groceries. Towels are soft and wonderful. Overall, a good base camp for our Grand Junction visit.
