The master suite on the first floor has a king bed, closet, large TV and desk for work. It's en suite bathroom includes an oversized tub and 2 sinks. The 2nd bedroom on this floor also boasts a king bed. This 2nd full bathroom has a small step-in shower.
On the second floor:
Featured are the 3rd bedroom (king) & 4th bedroom (queen) - both with smart TVs. The 3rd bathroom is located on this level in addition to a sitting area with 4 cozy chairs.
On the third floor:
This home also has a third-floor crow's nest with two separate sleeping spaces and 5 twin beds. (3 twin beds on one side and 2 on the other.) Fun space for kids!

The house was so spacious and nice. We loved having sand in the front and backyard and the culdesac for the kids to play. There were lots of beach toys and bikes provided too

Absolutely a very beautiful comfortable accommodative spacious home to make memories! The golf cart was so wonderful to travel around in this luxurious clean community! Communication with owners security was superb! Super safe and fun! This home was a joy to stay in. 11 of us all ages were very happy with and there were many areas to gather for conversation family time eating and entertainment! The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in! Our stay was perfect! Would love to vacation here again! Target and Publix deliveries were well done with excellent communication and timeliness! They were all very friendly to us! We loved watching fireworks on the beach with lots of other vacationers! The beach chair and umbrella rental attendant was very accommodative and communicated so well. He updated us on weather conditions! He let us know what time and types of rain/storms expected to hit. This home is 5*!!! We’ll be back!

We have spent a week at Martinique with family for the past 13 years, The house was nice, backing the preserve. Owner was communicative and responsive when we had minor issues.
