At our luxurious vacation rental property, we understand the importance of seamless travel experiences. Other Things to Note:

At our property, we have policies in place to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all our guests:

- The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay.

- The Pet Fee is Non-Refundable and is $175.39 (taxes included) per stay

- We strictly enforce quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10 pm, and we kindly ask that you keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.

- Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

We had a wonderful stay with plenty of space for our extended family. The booking, check in, and check out processes were smooth and hassle free. The location is perfect, just a short distance from Horseshoe Bay and several great coves for water activities. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a lake house suited for multiple families.

The stay at woodland escape was awesome. The rooms were clean and immaculate. There was enough space for 4 families plus a bunk bed room for the kids. Love the couch in the living room that could accommodate everyone in our group. The property management team was also very responsive to last minute questions that we had. There were kayaks and stand up paddle boards for us to use on the private slip. Couldn't have asked for a better 2 day outing
