Exclusive 140m2 house located on the seafront only 5km from the centre of Cambrils, 8km from Port Aventura and 15km from Reus Airport. It is divided into two floors and has a private terrace with a garden, barbecue and outdoor furniture with direct access to the beach. On the main floor we find the living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor there is a double suite bedroom with a private bathroom and terrace with sea views, two bedrooms with four single beds each distributed on two levels and a bathroom with a bathtub. In addition, there is a garage on the lower floor with a bathroom with a shower, laundry area and indoor parking for one car. It has equipment such as a washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fans, television, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, outdoor parking area for two additional cars and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment. Groups under 25 years are not allowed. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
