A well-arranged holiday home with a pool, whirlpool and sauna, located on plot with sand dunes approx. 800 metres from the sea. The pool section consists of a 20 m² large swimming pool with a slide, as well as the sauna, whirlpool and shower. The kitchen has an open connection to the living room. In the kitchen and dining section you can see the pool through the large windows. The 5 bedrooms are separated into two sections. Two of the double beds can be split into single beds. All common areas have tiled floors and underfloor heating, the bedrooms have wall-to-wall carpets. Heating via an oil-fuelled furnace. You can access the terrace from the dining section and pool room. The terrace faces south and is perfect for sunbathing and barbecues. There is a pathway going down to the sea. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
